Public Housing Application
Click here to print a public housing application. All applications can be returned to the Peoria Housing Authority Administration building at 100 S. Richard Pryor Place. Please bring photo IDs (for family members 18 or older), Social Security cards for all family members, proof of income, and any other documentation that applies to you per the application.
Office hours are 8AM to 5PM Monday - Friday.
