PHA Trespass List
The following is a list of individuals who have been served notice that their presence on any Peoria Housing Authority property will be grounds for arrest for the offense of Criminal Trespass to Property. PHA residents are hereby warned that allowing any of these individuals to be in or around their residence will be cause for eviction.
Residents are encouraged to report any sighting of trespassers on PHA property to the Peoria Police Department at 673-4521. You can do so anonymously. You do NOT have to give your name or other information to the police about who you are and they will not come to your residence. Please provide a description of the trespassers so the officers can locate them.
