The Peoria Housing Authority has been awarded $1.1 MILLION in federal funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)!
The funding was awarded through HUD’s FY 2025 Capital Improvements for At Risk, Receivership, Substandard, and Troubled Public Housing Authorities (PHAs) Program.
This additional investment will help PHA address critical capital needs, improve living conditions, and continue strengthening the quality and sustainability of the homes we provide.
